In the northern part of West Jutland, you will find lots of experiences for everyone – even the smallest children.
Explore the areas wonderful playgrounds, climb the spit, visit the house made of shells, do awesome tricks at the skatepark, go exploring and learn more about wind and waves at the Kystcenter.
Do you dare to feed a shark? Or would you like to know who lives on the bottom of the North Sea or the Limfjord? Then visit Jyllandsakvariet. Visit Tante Andante’s crazy house: Cut, glue, sing and play. In the patio at Bovbjerg Lighthouse you can walk on stilts, make your afternoon coffee on a fire, and climb the stairs to the top of the lighthouse where you will find a beautiful view of the North Sea.

In the summer, you can visit many of the farms in the area, get very close to the animals and find out what a farmer really does. The museums of the area are actually a lot of fun for children as well with puzzles, contests and fun games. If the weather is good, you can pack a lunch basket and go for a picnic in the wonderful nature in the area.
